Should be able to create jobs that promotes and encourages Continuity, i.e. employer must initiate opportunities for higher education for workers and their offsprings or dependants.

While being constructed, it should help create prosperity on a global scale.

Must be ethical.

Must not go against the security and safety of a nation, state, territory or national or local government.

Must not discriminate against any race, disability, religion, cultural belief, sexual orientation or political ideology.

Continuity Economics, Continuity Science and Continuity Technology must be integrated, i.e. discoveries, inventions and creations, assuming they are not inimical to national security and without disregarding intellectual property rights, must be made commercially available or open for use in research and development by itself or in collaboration with others, leading to more discoveries, inventions and creations.
